Every piece is designed & stitched with the highest of standards, the textiles used in our garments are of best of the quality, Manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes are not defects. A slight fading is the property of natural dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian Tradition and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness giving it a unique characteristic.
If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

We assure you do the best in our hands to provide a solution. However, kindly make sure that the original product tag and the garment's packaging is as it was when you received it.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns if the product/ products you've received is broken or wrongly delivered.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please mail us at email@example.com with the size issue, allow us time to check and confirm if we can get the exchange processed for you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Once the package has been delivered to us, and the garment is found to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued within 3 to 7 days. We will send you an email confirming your refund. If the garment does not meet the conditions described, it will be sent back to you.
Can I send the return by myself?
You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to our studio, using the following address:

However, kindly note that we will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use your return service. Thus, we suggest you choose a trackable and reliable shipping service.
When communicating for an ‘Exchange’ please note or mention your desired size, style, colour that you would like in your replacement. We will then make sure your preferred item, in particular, is held for you by the time we receive your return. As soon as we have your returned item, we will ship your replaced item to your address. To keep you updated, you will also receive a confirmation email to let you know that your shipping has been confirmed.
Although you can change the size and colour of an item only once, if you wish, you can return the item using the simple steps mentioned in our Return Policy.
